Helensburgh Library
West King Street, Helensburgh

Helensburgh Library, now housed in the new building in West King Street, contains a wealth of local reference material in addition to the normal reading and reference material of a lending library. A mobile lending service covers the outlying areas

The library’s training and IT rooms are now operational and can be hired by the hour at commercial or community rates.

New for 2002, thanks to National Lottery Funding, is free internet and email access. In addition to these services, training manuals and software for the most popular Office programs are also provided.

Six computers are available with colour printers and two scanners are connected to the network. It is not necessary to become a member of the library to use the facilities.

Regular exhibitions are held in the upstairs reception and reading area. For details of current exhibitions see the what’s-on guide

Copies of some of the local reference materials are available on request for a small charge.

Membership of the lending library is free to local residents.
